We are currently preparing for the return of Year 10s from 15 June. This will allow us to undertake some form of face to face tutorials with students and help them with their studies. The plan is that these tutorials will be one to one or very small groups of two or three students. The rest of the school remains closed apart from the children of key workers.

Objective 3

Building Trust-wide infrastructure and leadership capacity to support at least 3,000 students.

How we will do this:

  •     Devising and implementing Academy Development Plans that address both these issues
  •     Monitoring best practice and regularly auditing every element of our infrastructure provision
  •     Budgeting for and improving our infrastructure in line with audit report recommendations
  •     Utilising the expertise, knowledge and skills of the Board of Trustees
  •     Creating procedure manuals, documenting all our processes, and updating our policies
  •     Providing regular high-quality training to our leadership teams, aspiring leaders, including bespoke MA courses at the University of Warwick
  •     Developing our NQTs, and providing  opportunities for continuing personal development
  •     Setting all staff annual objectives, which are regularly reviewed by line managers
  •     Promoting diversity within the Trust
