INSET day on Friday 5 March to prepare for the reopening of school. There will be no 'live' online learning lessons or hub school. All of the student lessons on this day will be taught via materials placed on Google Classroom. Students will be expected to complete this work independently as it will be required when they return.

About Us

As you walk into Heron Hall you get a feeling of pride, of being somewhere everyone matters, where no one is left behind and where every single student can reach their full potential. The magnificent building and facilities, added to the attitude and high aspirations of our staff, inspires our children to work hard and stretch themselves.

Opened in September 2013 as a Free School, Heron Hall now occupies a building with state-of-the-art teaching, learning, and sporting facilities. It is an eight-form entry secondary academy. In September 2020, the school will have over 1,000 pupils.
