Gangsta Granny has changed the relationship between me and my nan. Gangsta Granny is a book explaining and showing how well the grandma and grandson get along: such as when they head to the bank to rob it , showing how well they get along together. A book that has made me think about things in a different way is ‘Awful Auntie’. A book that has changed me and how I see things is ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’ because it really made me open my eyes to be more aware of discrimination. The part that hurt most whilst reading the book was how the victims were taken from their families and split up at any age. They would be gassed, abused, starved and mistreated terribly: all that just because of their ethnicity and what they believed in.
