Welcome back to our Year 10s.
This week some of our year 10 students returned to school for the first time since March.
They had an initial briefing session followed by series of 20-minute tutorials with their teachers on a range of subjects.
Each group of students remained together during their time in the school. The teachers moved around the school.
Protective shields separated the teachers and students.
Arriving at Heron students washed their hands and were required to keep 2 metres apart throughout their visit.
One student, who was very pleased to be back, said he felt “safe and secure”.
