Face masks - Updated advice for parents

In light of the government advice on face coverings they will remain optional for students and at the discretion of individual parents.

They are not to be used in classrooms due to the potential impact on learning and can only be used in communal spaces such as corridors and the canteen.

They must be of neutral colour, such as the school's colours, grey or black or colours such as blue or white, and have no pattern or markings.

Students must not wear a bandana as a substitute.

If government advice changes this advice will be updated.
