Socially distanced send-off for our PGCE students

This morning, the school held a short socially distanced farewell gathering for our 5 students who have reached the end of their Postgraduate Certificate in Education placement (PGCE).

Assistant headteacher and professional mentor to the PGCE students, Mr. Lee organised some lovely gifts to thank them for their time at Heron Hall.

The gathering was capped off with some lovely words from Headteacher Mr. Barzey, he said “It has been fantastic to work with you all, and I wish you all the very best for the future”.

Florinda Shamolli , who is the Head of Initial Teacher training for our trust said, “A huge well done to our PGCE trainees. It hasn’t been a typical year for training for them but their resilience and hard work has ensured that they successfully completed their placement."

Thank you, Lorita, Gloria, Charlotte, Andrew, and Dave for all of your work at Heron Hall.
